You want your day to be perfect, well so do I!
You will have employed a professional photographer, videographer, DJ, magicians, caterers, musicians etc, but for your wedding to run smoothly they will all need coordinating. This is where I come in. As your Toastmaster I will be your main link making sure that everything is running on time as planned.
As an independent Toastmaster I am responsible to you and you alone. You can rely on me to deal with any problems on your behalf and to work quickly to ensure that the venue and the other professionals deliver the event or function that they have promised and leave you and your guests to enjoy the day.
I will meet and greet your guests on arrival, informing them as to what is going on, where to go, where to leave their present and cards and after a long journey, where the cloakrooms are!
When you arrive, I will be there to greet you, assist the photographer and videographer as required and will liaise with catering to make sure that everything is perfect when you sit down to eat.
Should you have a receiving line I will ensure you and the rest of the bridal party are in place and that your guests are kept informed where to go and what to do next.
During the meal you will be the centre of attention and I will ensure that everything happens around you. I will liaise with the photographer and videographer to ensure that they are there on time for the cake cutting, the speeches and later on your first dance.
Nothing will be left to chance. You will have spent hours planning your special day and as your Toastmaster I will be the guardian of your dreams on the day. Your happiness and that of your family and friends is all that matters in the end, so that in the days, weeks and years to come, you can with confidence say, didn’t we have a great day!
